72-286 Highest level of cut protection (level 5) giving excellent resistance to cuts by knives and other sharp tools. Fully compliant with stringent European directives for direct contact with all types of foodstuffs.
Washable at up to 95 C without shrinkage. Applications: Protects the hand holding the knife
against cuts and is ideal for use when deboning, carving, filleting fish, vegetable and fruit processing, and cleaning slicing machines.
